Bailey Hardwoods & Woodworking, Inc. was founded in 1983 by master carpenter Tom Bailey.
In 2006, Jennifer Tom's daughter, having grown up in the family business, purchased the company from her father. Today, she continues the family tradition of delivering the quality products her father did, at an affordable price, while providing a level of service second to none.

2nd Generation Family Owned
Bailey Hardwoods, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Tom Bailey. After Tom retired in 2006, his daughter Jennifer (Bailey) DeSart, purchased the company. Having worked in the business since she was 12 years old, she understands the hands-on attention needed for every project. Jennifer continues the family tradition of being the premier custom kitchen cabinet and woodwork manufacturer in central Illinois.
Our Team
Duane Moore
Duane is our lead carpenter and shop forman, has been with the company since 1983. He personally oversees and manages all your custom woodworking projects, and puts his own exceptional woodworking talents to work for our customers. We have yet to find a project Duane can’t build.
Greg Butler
His years of knowledge and problem solving skills are a huge plus when crafting the perfect solutions for our clients.
On his down time, Greg spends time mastering Kenpo Jujitsu where he earned his third-degree black belt under John Geyston and a four stripe purple belt under Royce Gracie. Quite Literally, you're in good hands with Greg on your project.
Chris Austin
Chris Austin is yet another excellent woodworker who has been with Bailey Hardwoods since 1996. He has a special understanding of the challenges of remodeling and he applies his knowledge to build products our customers appreciate.
